  • Yes. You can book up to 10 people for bathhouse sessions via our online booking system. For private bookings of up to 20 people , please email hello@wellbeingelements.com.au. Infrared sessions hold up to 4 people (45 mins), and compression boots accommodate 4 people (30 mins).

  • We require upfront payment to secure your booking. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Our venue is cashless and accepts all major credit and debit cards.

    Absolutely. We can host up to 25 people depending on the time of day. Private full venue bookings include exclusive access to our bathhouse, compression boots and infrared sauna. To enquire, please email hello@wellbeingelements.com.au.

  • Yes. Gift cards are available for specific experiences or dollar amounts. Purchase online via the [Gift Cards menu] or in person (card only).

  • We recommend booking online to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available.

  • Yes, up to 6 hours before your session. Use the change/cancel link in your confirmation email or contact us at hello@wellbeingelements.com.au. No-shows will be charged in full.

  • Each session is for 60 mins.

    Our bathhouse includes:

    • 2 magnesium hot pools (37°C)

    • Cold plunge pool (12°C)

    • Ice pool (8°C)

    • Traditional dry heat sauna

    • Eucalyptus-infused steam room

    • Male and female change rooms with private showers, secure lockers, and Dyson hairdryer bar (female space)

    These contrast therapy elements form the foundation of our structured recovery protocols.

  • Contrast therapy is a structured recovery method that involves alternating between hot and cold treatments – such as saunas, steam rooms, hot magnesium pools, cold plunges and ice baths. This temperature variation helps stimulate circulation, reduce inflammation, relieve muscle soreness and support nervous system regulation.

    At Wellbeing Elements, contrast therapy is the foundation of our Recovery, Relaxation and Revival protocols. Contrast therapy can help restore energy, improve sleep and support long-term wellbeing.

  • We recommend a towel, bathers, and a drink bottle. Lockers are available. Towels and bottles are available to rent or purchase.

  • We’ve designed three structured protocols – Recovery, Relaxation and Revival – to help guide your experience. These are displayed in the bathhouse and tailored to different needs, whether you're looking to reduce inflammation, restore energy or simply slow down.

    Our team is trained in contrast therapy and will walk you through the space, explain how each element works, and help you choose a protocol that suits how you're feeling on the day. You're also welcome to move at your own pace, either way we're here to support you.

  • Yes. Many of our experiences involve heat, cold exposure, and contrast therapy – which may not be suitable for everyone. If you have any underlying health conditions, including cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological or circulatory concerns, we strongly recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before attending.

    Our team is happy to explain what’s involved in each experience so you can make an informed decision. You're welcome to reach out before your visit or speak with staff on arrival.

  • Compression boots may help relieve swelling and soreness during pregnancy.

    Please consult your doctor before using any equipment.

  • 18+ however if you are 16 or 17 years of age you may attend if accompanied by an adult.

Experiences & equipment

  • We offer casual passes, pack passes, and weekly Memberships. Contact memberships@wellbeingelements.com.au to enquire or visit our Membership page.

  • Yes. With one week's notice, you may pause for 2–8 weeks per calendar year.

  • Memberships are non-transferable.

  • Yes, after your initial 3-month commitment. Please note that your current rate may not be available again.

  • Yes. Wellbeing Elements is designed as a shared recovery space, with all experiences, including pools, saunas, steam and compression enjoyed in communal areas. We ask all guests to be respectful of others and maintain a calm, inclusive environment.

    Private male and female change rooms are available for all patrons, each with individual showers, secure lockers and dedicated amenities.

  • Yes. Secure lockers are available in change rooms, with open lockers in the bathhouse for towels and bottles.

  • Yes. Towels are available for hire at $3 each. We also stock Hommey beach towels for purchase at reception if you'd prefer to take one home.

  • Current opening hours are:

    Weekdays 7am - 8:30pm

    Weekends 8:30am - 3;30pm

    Public Holidays will be weekend hours.

  • Currently, our venue is not accessible for guests with mobility needs.

    We have steps up to and into our pools and we have steps into the Sauna and steam room. We do not have accessible change rooms.

    We hope in the future to be able to improve our offerings for those with mobility issues. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Yes. Free, unrestricted parking is available around the venue. We’re a 15-minute walk from Cowes Main Street.
